Abstract:
Mehfuz, an intern in the marketing and sales division of ACI Logistics Limited, was assigned a topic to write about based on his job responsibilities and area of practical experience. It is titled “Evaluating the Effectiveness of Marketing & Promotional Strategies of ACI Logistics Limited”. One of the biggest companies in Bangladesh is ACI Limited, which is also the parent company of ACI Logistics Limited. Supply chain management, retail chain operations, and agricultural services are the main areas of concentration for ACI Logistics. Products in a variety of categories, such as groceries, electronics, and recreational goods, are available at their retail chains. ACI Logistics is renowned for its dedication to excellence, novelty, and client contentment. The idea behind the business is to grow sales and profit margins while preserving relationships with retailers and suppliers. To achieve this, they provide a range of sales promotion schemes (such discounts, gift cards, and buy one get one free). Their marketing and sales program is thoroughly analyzed and explained in this study. Moreover, the degrees of setting up promotional programs for the company's business clients explain specifics regarding pre-requisitions and program planning, budgeting and program implementation, correct auditing, and awarding incentives for hitting targeted sales targets. I have identified certain concerns related to the levels of these programs after studying the overall "Promotional Programs" and their actual results. Based on those issues, I have suggested some steps that can reduce the likelihood of such ongoing problems
