dc.description.abstract The time has come and gone for me to express my sincere gratitude and modest thanks to the Almighty Allah, without whose assistance I could not have completed the enormous task of developing this report. In order to finish my internship report on "An Analysis of Customer Service Quality at Premier Bank Limited," I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my parents and one of my supervisors, Md. Alamgir Hossan, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University. As a matter of fact, no devotee can become flawless without the assistance of a scholar. In a similar vein, A excellent instructor is always necessary for a pupil to reach their full potential. For any student, a competent instructor can be a turning point. I want to express how grateful I am to one of my supervisors, Md. Alamgir Hossan, an assistant professor in the department of business administration at Daffodil International University's Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship. He gave me the chance to finish my internship report, and his advice and recommendations were really helpful.
