Abstract:
This internship report is based on the three-month-long internship program that
was completed at Roads & Highways Department (RHD) as a requirement of
the BBA program. Being completely new to the practical, corporate world
setting, every hour spent in the organization gave me some amount of
experience the whole time, all of which cannot be explained in words.
Nevertheless, they were all useful for my career. A few nations, most notably Bangladesh, entrust their planning, development, and upkeep of their road networks to the Roads and Highways Department
(RHD), a governmental agency. In addition to other important transportation
infrastructure, the RHD is in charge of managing the building and upkeep of
highways and bridges. The RHD facilitates trade, connection, and
transportation, all of which are vital to the nation's economic growth.
Functioning under governmental directives, it allocates funds to prioritize and
carry out road and highway projects efficiently, with the goal of enhancing the
nation's transportation network and advancing its socioeconomic standing.
