Abstract:
The primary objective of this project is to bridge the gap between landlords seeking
tenants and individuals searching for rental properties. By focusing on delivering a
user-centric platform, this project aims to ensure efficiency, transparency, and
convenience throughout the rental journey. The development of this web-based
application involves the use of several programming languages. For frontend design, we
employ Bootstrap 5 to create a responsive and visually appealing interface. On the
backend, we utilize Django to handle data management and server-side operations,
ensuring robust functionality and secure transactions. Our platform allows users to create
secure accounts, manage their profiles, and communicate directly through built-in
messaging features. This facilitates seamless interactions between landlords and tenants,
fostering a sense of community and trust. Tenants can schedule property viewings, leave
reviews, and make secure online payments through the platform, streamlining the entire
rental process. Additionally, an admin dashboard is incorporated to facilitate efficient
management of user accounts, property listings, and dispute resolution. This centralized
control system ensures that all activities on the platform are monitored and managed
effectively, enhancing the overall user experience. By promoting transparency,
convenience, and trust, our platform aims to revolutionize the rental market. This report
serves as comprehensive documentation of the project's development journey,
encapsulating the knowledge and experiences garnered during the internship period. It
also paves the way for future innovations in the rental domain, highlighting the potential
