dc.description.abstract In the whole world, the platform of social networking have become a vital part for expressing feelings because of the swift growth in the digital age. Most of the people convey their feelings by using textual content, pictures, audio and video. Customer reviews and ratings give important insights on numerous e-commerce platforms such as Daraz,, Flipkart, Amazon is famous e- commerce websites to buy online products. The reason is it enables you to have a look on several of additional customer reviews for the product you are considering. As people share their opinion about a product by rating, commenting other people seek to understand the positive, negative experience. This understanding can be done by sentiment analysis. Sentiment Analysis processes text, comments, rating, reviews and categorizes them into positive, negative opinions. These will be helpful for the consumers and also the sellers to purchase any products by seeing the ratings and reviews and sellers can improve the products too. en_US
