During my Software Quality Assurance (SQA) internship at Creative Soft Technology Ltd, I
acquired hands-on experience across various stages of the software development life cycle
(SDLC), with a focus on testing and quality assurance. I engaged in requirement analysis, test
planning, test case design, and defect management, employing both manual and automated
testing techniques using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Jenkins. Collaborating within an Agile
framework, I contributed to iterative development and continuous feedback loops, enhancing
testing efficiency and software reliability. This report highlights the significance of robust
SQA practices, including manual and automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and the strategic use
of SQA tools. Emphasizing collaboration between development and QA teams, it underscores
the role of SQA in ensuring high-quality software that meets business and user expectations,
and explores emerging trends like shift-left testing and AI-driven testing. |
