Internship on Software Quality Assurance (SQA)

Abstract

During my internship at Creative Soft Technology I went deeper into the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and gained practical experience and an understanding of the processes that are necessary for the assurance of software products’ quality and usability. During the period of my internship I engaged myself in different quality assurance activities such as test planning, testing, and tracing of defects. In solving software issues, I had close cooperation with the development team hence enhancing the quality of the product. In the meantime, awareness on methods and instruments of testing regarding the use of technology was honed; hence good tools of communication as well as effective group work in software manufacturing were also developed due various possible contingencies. All in all, this internship at Creative Soft Technology has been undoubtedly important to start the further way towards the necessary skills of the SQA specialist.
