dc.description.abstract Natural disasters, pandemics, and social unrest are examples of crises that persistently endanger our planet and have a profound emotional impact on millions of people worldwide. We face various challenges in Bangladesh, including the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Israel-Hamas, and the COVID-19 epidemic conflict. These global issues have had a significant impact on the country’s economy and have contributed to worldwide inflation. Sentiment analysis using machine learning can provide a fast and accurate alternative to traditional polls for understanding public political opinions. The paper aims to analyze the mental state of the country’s youth in light of these events and to quantify the economic impact of these conflicts. This research investigates the socioeconomic and psychological impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine war, and the Israel-Hamas conflict on Bangladesh, with a particular focus on the country’s youth. The study reveals that these global crises have significantly affected Bangladesh’s economy, leading to increased inflation rates and economic instability. The research employs various machine learning models to analyze the sentiment of the young population towards these events, using data collected through a comprehensive survey. The findings highlight the profound effects of these crises on the mental health of the youth, providing valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders. The study underscores the need for robust strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of such global crises on developing economies like Bangladesh. The research contributes to the existing literature by offering a unique perspective on the socio-psychological impacts of global crises on a developing country. en_US
