This report contains my own experience of working as an English teacher in Changaon 108 No. Government Primary School. The first few days I closely watched the principle and other teachers as they masterfully took the classes I also got the chance to observed the atmosphere of the class the methods that teacher’s use how they manage the students. There were few challenges that I was getting ready to face in the classroom as this was my first time conducting a class as a teacher such as the fear of losing control of the class and making mistakes that can cause trouble for the other teachers. First few weeks was tough as I tried to follow on the footsteps of the teachers that was shown to me but eventually after experiencing the classroom atmosphere from a teacher’s perspective, I was able to conduct my classes, and day by day everything became much easier. All thanksto the teachers, this was an amazing experience. |
