Abstract:
This internship paper's primary objective is to discuss the methods used by teachers to teach second languages and to assess the condition of language instruction in Bangladeshi secondary schools nowadays. In this regard, I conducted and observed a number of classes at the school, gathering the data and information I needed to properly justify my internship paper. I've learnt how secondary school classes are traditionally conducted through class observation. It was beneficial to me to learn about the teachers' approaches to teaching, successfully managing a classroom, and attending classes. However, I have truly used the knowledge I have gained from both my academic study and class conduct in the classroom. I greatly benefited from this approach. Following the lesson, I was able to highlight some of the shortcomings and opportunities of our nation's secondary school educational system. Once more, I've discovered some truly fantastic strategies for capturing and maintaining students' interest during class. In the latter sections of this internship article, the complete process of this approach and experiences are described in detail. Included are all the required resources and concepts.
