Abstract:
Autoimmune bone diseases present unique challenges in both diagnosis and treatment, often resulting in debilitating consequences for patients. This study explores the complexities surrounding autoimmune bone diseases, including their etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical manifestations. An evaluation leads the inspection; about 35 publications from 2005-2023 and all work completed in Microsoft Word. Despite advancements in medical understanding, significant gaps remain in fully elucidating the underlying mechanisms driving these conditions. Furthermore, conventional therapeutic approaches often yield limited efficacy and may be accompanied by adverse effects. Consequently, there is an urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies tailored to address the specific immunological dysregulation underlying autoimmune bone diseases. It’s also discusses prospective therapeutics, including emerging biologic agents, targeted immunomodulatory therapies, and regenerative medicine approaches, which hold promise in revolutionizing the management of autoimmune bone diseases. However, the translation of these promising therapies from preclinical studies to clinical practice presents its own set of challenges, including safety concerns, optimal dosing regimens, and long-term efficacy. Therapeutic approach for autoimmune diseases include physical therapy, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), corticosteroids, disease-modifying antiinflammatory drugs (DMARDs), anticytokine therapies, inhibition of intracellularsignaling pathways, costimulation inhibition, biological inhibitors of T cell. Autoimmune bone diseases present diagnostic and treatment challenges due to their complexity and variability in symptoms, requiring comprehensive interdisciplinary approaches for effective management. In conclusion all though autoimmune disease is not curable. This challenges but it can be suppress by available therapeutic approach.
