This research delves into the breakfast habits of university students, shedding light on the potential detrimental effects of skipping this crucial meal on academic performance. Recognizing breakfast as a cornerstone for overall health and cognitive function, the study addresses the growing concern surrounding the prevalence of breakfast skipping among university students and its potential implications for academic success. Extensive research has already demonstrated links between breakfast habits and various factors, including chronic illness, mental health issues, and unhealthy behaviors. Despite the global significance of this topic, there remains a significant gap in research specific to the prevalence and consequences of breakfast skipping among university students in Bangladesh. This study aims to bridge this gap by meticulously examining the prevalence of breakfast skipping among university students in Bangladesh and dissecting its potential adverse impact on academic performance. By doing so, the research seeks to provide valuable insights that contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationship between dietary habits and educational outcomes among university students.
