Abstract:
The rapid lifestyle of contemporary civilization frequently affords individuals minimal opportunity to uphold balanced, nutritious diets, leading to prevalent nutritional deficiencies and heightened health risks. This study examines the efficacy of a nutrientrich powdered beverage composed of superfoods, including psyllium husk, chia seeds, stevia, and a mixture of natural salts, to mitigate nutritional deficiencies. The powdered beverage supplies vital nutrients, such as fiber, antioxidants, and minerals, often absent in modern diets. The study investigates the beverage's effectiveness in enhancing overall health, emphasizing advancements in digestion, immunity, and energy levels. The study encompasses an examination of the powdered drink's proximate composition, emphasizing its carbohydrate, moisture, ash, fat, fiber, and pH levels. Furthermore, sensory evaluations indicate that the beverage was predominantly favorably received, with specific formulations, especially those with stevia, exhibiting significant acceptance owing to its flavor and texture. The results indicate that this powdered beverage may function as a viable, healthful substitute for sugary, carbonated drinks, assisting consumers in attaining improved nutritional equilibrium. This research provides significant insights into the advantages of superfood-based supplements and guides future innovations in the health and wellness industry to address customer expectations for accessible, healthy, and timeefficient dietary solutions.
