Due to unhealthy eating habits and lack of physical exercise, today's youth are overweight. Contributing factors might include hormones and genes. The obesity pandemic impacts everyone. Many mental and social health issues, including sleep apnea, abnormalities of the skeleton and joints, low self-esteem, and social stigma, are associated with childhood obesity. Consumption, rest, and physical activity are all affected by one's weight. Health is affected by medication, social situations, and heredity. Overconsumption of calories relative to energy expenditure is the root cause of obesity. However, other factors such as metabolism, hormones, and generosity all play a role. Fat accumulates in response to calorically dense diets. Kids become fat for a few reasons: bad eating habits, lack of exercise, and genetics. Society suffers due to childhood obesity. Sedentary lifestyles worsen adolescent obesity and fat storage. Sports and other forms of extracurricular physical activity encourage kids to stay active. Greater accessibility to television and video games is a result of technological advancements. A lot of sugar and fat are in fast food. Alcohol is bad since it contains a lot of calories. Sugar and fat content in restaurants could be higher than at home. Issues with food intake. The effect of fast food on obese children is the focus of this research. The poll included Khilgaon Girls, South Point, and National Ideal students in the sixth to twelfth grades. Regular exercise of 60 minutes is necessary to maintain weight reduction.
