dc.description.abstract The primary focus of this research project is to study Bangladeshi child and woman trafficking scenario, including an investigation into its origins and obstacles. As far as we are aware, one of the most egregious and frequent violations of women's and children's human rights is trafficking. The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the mechanisms involved in human trafficking, the ties among traffickers, the fundamental causes of human trafficking, and the consequences of trafficking in a society such as Bangladesh. In this piece, I try to demonstrate various conceptual issues, such as the beginnings of trafficking or Bangladesh's adoption of it. It highlights the multitude of laws that Bangladesh has in place to address the trafficking of women and children and looks into the main motivations behind it as well as its effects. This crime may have forced labor, illicit sexual work, or other forms of exploitation as its ultimate goal. It was observed that a large number of victims filed complaints against traffickers and their allies and sought legal aid from law enforcement organizations to address incidents of physical and sexual assault. Programs aimed at reducing poverty should be implemented in order to eventually stop trafficking, as it has been determined that poverty is the primary factor contributing to trafficking. Strengthening vulnerable groups' job possibilities, raising awareness, developing competence, and providing potential victims with simple access to the criminal justice system are all important. The application of current legislation should be prioritized in order to fight this international organized crime. This article also makes some recommendations for stopping the trafficking of women and children and for reintegrating the victims of trafficking back into society. en_US
