In community members, the study looks at the link between nutritional condition and cardiometabolic hazards obesity, hypertension, and cholesterol. Important discoveries indicate strong correlations between these risk factors and particular nutritional indicators, emphasizing the vital role that diet plays in the cardiovascular health of urban populations. To enhance nutritional status and lower cardiometabolic hazards in urban settings, the study emphasizes the necessity of focused treatments. According to research, controlling extra body fat which is determined by factors like age and BMI is crucial for lowering the risks associated with cardiometabolic diseases. Nutritional status was classified using the Body Mass Index (BMI), while cardiometabolic risk factors included obesity, hypertension, and diabetes. Statistical analyses were conducted to examine the association between nutritional status and these risk factors Thus, policies and initiatives must be launched right once to educate the public about maintaining an adequate weight and reducing extra fat. In this study, 100 male and female data were used for various ages. The 26th edition of SPSS is used to arrange and analyze data gathered. The findings were displayed as percentages and counts of frequencies. This study has been proposed about blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases according to the BMI WHO of the following data. |
