Abstract:
This term paper is a reflection of my hands-on experience at Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. Recognized as a prominent production entity in Bangladesh, Akij Food & Beverage Ltd boasts numerous divisions, with a particular emphasis on Human Resource Development (HRD). Notably, AFBL is acknowledged for its commendable HR practices. I was fortunate to delve into the HRD division for this term paper. My report delves into the compensation management practices of Akij Food & Beverage Ltd., aiming to gain insights into how their robust compensation policy enhances efficiency and employee motivation. The primary objective of this term paper is to scrutinize the compensation management practices and policies of AFBL. The report not only provides an overview of these practices but also offers recommendations and conclusions from my perspective. I believe that the implementation of these suggestions could contribute to the enhancement of the bank's compensation policies. Furthermore, this endeavor is expected to be beneficial for our future careers.
