Abstract:
This report focuses on the effectiveness of Leadership and Skill Development training programs in enhancing work readiness among undergraduate students, with a focus on BYLC, Dhaka. The study comprehends how well BYLC prepares its participants to be competent in job markets. Informed consent from each participant, interviews, questionnaires, and analysis of data will be part of the survey for securing information from the participants, teachers, and employers involved. Results show that there is a significant enhancement in the leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills of the respondents. Besides that, the confidence and adaptability of the graduates have been enhanced, which are very important features they should possess in securing job opportunities. The employers were satisfied with the work readiness of the graduates. Recommendations are made for the improvement in effectiveness through curriculum improvement, industrial links, and monitoring and continuous evaluation. This report constitutes a final project paper for the Department of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration, at Daffodil International University.
