dc.description.abstract Johur’s Food, established on May 1, 2022, at the Food Court of Daffodil International University, is a traditional food outlet that caters primarily to university students and staff, as well as the broader community. In an era where junk food dominates the market, Johur’s Food aims to preserve and promote the richness of traditional cuisine. The shop operates exclusively offline, offering a welcoming space for anyone to experience the flavors of heritage food. Running profitably since its inception, Johur’s Food has successfully carved a niche by providing an alternative to fast food while maintaining a focus on cultural dishes. Our motto, “Here, your tummy is taken care of,” reflects the business’s commitment to customer satisfaction, the promotion of healthier, more authentic food choices, and sustainable growth. en_US
