dc.description.abstract The study titled Project Report on Optimization of Cart Abandonment in e-Commerce. The purpose of the internship is to close the gap between theoretical understanding and practical experience. This paper is the outcome of a three-month internship program that involved 1000FiX Services Ltd. and the implementation of a new theory that could prevent the rate of cart abandonment in the e-commerce market. At present, the type of product purchase has gained the most popularity in the e-commerce market of our country. In a regular life. This e-commerce section brings a new type of era and dimension to our e-commerce section. How our life is being more attractive and helpful. It’s mind-blowing that we can also order the product from our neighbors’ countries. But the major problem is our people who are using this e-commerce more and more but don’t follow the rules and they make some mistake that causes problems to our e- commerce seller’s site. Our customers ordered the product but they cannot fulfill the product order process. When they place an order on e-commerce and they add the product in the “CART” section but don't fulfil the payment process, this product is then selected for that person so if another person wants to place an order and there is no product then it will show no product available. For this problem, the seller cannot sell the product that was selected, and when the number gets more and more the business runs on low profit. en_US
