dc.description.abstract Bangladesh Scouts will ensure better services to the people of Bangladesh, and they will be more -to the development of the Young People of Bangladesh. This report has been compiled based on the experiences gathered during the internship program at Bangladesh scouts, particularly while focusing on the youth leadership insights were drawn from various brochures and publications of other organizations to enhance the analysis and findings presented in this report. The combination of firsthand experience and information from external sources contributes to a comprehensive and well-rounded assessment of the youth development and leadership. The voluntary educational organization known as the Bangladesh Scouts seeks to enhance the social, intellectual, physical, and spiritual development of young people. Throughout the year, the organization regularly hosts training sessions, workshops, camps for community development, youth programs, and other activities. Nonetheless, there are a number of issues with the Bangladesh Scouts' conception and execution of youth development initiatives. en_US
