The distinction between practical knowledge and academic knowledge is profound, particularly in terms of application, complexity, and execution. Practical insights are crucial for substantiating academic learning. Internship programs serve as an excellent avenue for applying academic concepts in real-world scenarios. Thus, the Departmentof Business Administration hasimplemented such internship programs for MBA students to gain practical experience. This report evaluates the Services Quality of IDLC Finance PLC, utilizing the SERVQUAL model.IDLC was established in 1985 as a joint venture financial institution under the Financial Institutions Act and licensed by Bangladesh Bank.
