This internship report offerings the training, “Housekeeping Operations at The Sanya Edition.” This report covers the activities of the housekeeping department in the luxury hotel with even clearer evidence of the daily activities in the department and its operational efficiency concerning the provision of superior guest experience. During the course of the internship, the major areas of housekeeping operations studied were related to room cleaning procedures, staff coordination, and task assignment in the department. The functions supervised within the internship included room setup, inventory management, and cleaning with environmentally sustainable products. Joint cooperation with other departments was a major part of the operations to ensure smooth coordination in a reasonable extent that further emphasizing how teamwork and communication played a role in dynamic hospitality. |
