Abstract:
This report provides an in-depth account of my internship experience in the Food and Beverage Service Department at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort and Spa. It covers the tasks I performed, the skills I developed, and the challenges I encountered. The report begins with an introduction to Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort and Spa, a luxurious hotel renowned for its world-class service, accommodations, and dining experiences. The Food and Beverage Department plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests enjoy services during their stay. Throughout my internship, I was involved in a variety of tasks, including setting up tables for breakfast and dinner buffets, managing pantry operations, and assisting with guest services. I learned the significance of attention to detail. In addition, I was responsible for managing a section during busy buffet services, where I learned to handle high volumes of guests while maintaining excellent service standards.
