This section also covers more about the interaction with the clients concerning flight bookings and management of reservations, customer relations, and satisfaction among other aspects of the travel exercises.KB Travels operates with the ultimate goal of increasing sales of air tickets utilizing the Galileo software in an efficient manner so as to improve on the existing booking systems, fares and customer demands. This includes objectives such as; enhancing ticketing procedures, providing the most competitive fare rates to clients, guaranteeing sound booking procedures and providing optimal consumer services. The following chapters narrate ticketing and reservations on the practical use of the Galileo software. First, there is research to establish the most suitable flights for the clients and their prices. As objectives for it, it can employ: setting specific goals like accurate reservations, perfect ticket booking, etc., or it can work towards offering the least expensive travel offers.
