dc.description.abstract This report examines the training and recruitment processes at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort, focusing on their role in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Through a six- month internship, observations and data were gathered on key HR practices, including employee onboarding, training programs, recruitment methods, and performance management. The findings highlight the hotel’s emphasis on structured training to develop a skilled workforce and efficient recruitment strategies to ensure organizational alignment. Recommendations are provided to further optimize these processes and enhance overall employee satisfaction and performance. At the HR department helped to learn how the HR officer manages the employee, new employee joining procedures, recruiting, testing and interviewing program employee training program, leave system, company’s rules and regulations and how it is maintained, employee termination & resignation system. en_US
