The report explores the daily functions of the department, focusing on operational efficiency all of which are critical to the success of the luxurious hotel. Throughout the internship, various aspects of housekeeping were analyzed, including room cleaning procedures, laundry management, staff coordination, and task delegation Key responsibilities included room preparation, inventory management, and implementing sustainable cleaning practices. The role required close collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and effective communication. |
