dc.description.abstract This report outlines my six-month internship at Grace Cox Smart Hotel, where I have worked as a reservation executive. It provides an overview of the hotel’s reservation process and theres ponsibilities of the reservation department, which operates under the Sales and Marketing. Department of the hotel. During my internship, I have gained valuable insights into the complexities of the reservation system, including the use of specialized software, communication with guests, and coordination with other departments to ensure efficient service.
