dc.description.abstract Sheraton Dhaka is one the most well-known 5-star establishments in Bangladesh which aims to become the leading destination for luxurious stays. During my internship at Sheraton Dhaka, a distinguished 5-star luxury hotel under the Marriott International group, I had the privilege of working as a trainee in the Human Resources department. This experience provided a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired during my academic studies and the practical application within a dynamic hospitality setting. The process of recruiting isn't always easy to maintain and I think some issues need to be resolved. Which I described in this report accordingly. But it still helps a 5-star establishment like Sheraton in getting the best employees they need. It becomes more challenging when some random problems occur, such as recruits often refusing to join, and foreign recruits often facing complex issues with visas and work permits. en_US
