This report offers a detailed account of the immersion internship experience at the Room Division Operations (Front Office & Housekeeping) of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dhaka. The narrative advances by highlighting the hotel's outstanding location within the bustling city and highlighting its smart positioning. It also emphasizes the role that the operations of different departments of Room Division play in creating and preserving meaningful relationships with guests, highlighting departments significance in delivering exceptional, individualized service. The division encompasses several functions, such as Reservation, Front Desk Service, Housekeeping, Concierge. Additionally, emphasis was placed on how the Front Office and Housekeeping maintained efficient operations by adhering to local and standard operating procedures.
