The report analyzes the recruitment and training process of Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre, emphasizing its significance in preserving service quality and operational effectiveness. Over a six-month internship, insights and data were collected regarding essential HR practices, such as employee onboarding, training initiatives, recruitment techniques etc. HR department helps to understand how the HR officer oversees employees, the new employee onboarding process, recruiting, testing and interviewing, employee training programs, grooming and seminar sessions, writing police verification letters and employee performance evaluation. Findings highlight the core functions of the Human Resource Department of the hotel. Recommendations are provided to suggest solutions to identified problems for developing organizational performance. |
