This report present’s how the front office team handle their responsibilities, and how they handle guest complain, reserve room for the guest, how they handle high occupancy rush. In my internship period I have mainly understood how to handle the guests and the communication skills to understand the guest needs. Hotel Amari Dhaka works based on the ONYX culture. en_US
