Analysis of Project Management Strategies and Efficiency at Exista Digital

Abstract

I carried out my internship at Exista Digital where I played the role of project management trainee. In the course of my MBA, I have prepared this report titled “Analysis of Project Management Strategies and Efficiency at Exista Digital” – this is because I had a reason to take up this topic as it relates to the topic Iunderwent and the skills I was honing during my attachment. Exista Digital is a service-oriented organization that has taken up the task of providing digital marketing as well as IT services to some of the household namesand evolving companies in Bangladesh. From my side, I also strived to assist in the management of numerousdigital marketing undertakings during my internship program as a project management trainee. In this case, I was working with the team, helping with a few tasks, and making sure that everything went asplanned. Other aspects of my work were SEO-related, including website SEO audits, website UI/UX analysis content research, and content writing for the primary goal of increasing the website’s and its pages’ search position within search engine results.
