Financial Performance Analysis of Euro Bangla City Limited

Abstract

This report has been prepared to fulfill the internship requirement for the Master of Business Administration program at Daffodil International University. In this report, I primarily focus] on my working experience at Euro Bangla City Limited, where I served as an intern. The report aims to provide a clear understanding of the financial position of Euro Bangla City Limited. The first chapter includes the report's origin, introduction, objectives, methodology, and the limitations faced by Euro Bangla City Limited during the report's preparation. The main objective of this report is to evaluate the financial condition of Euro Bangla CityLimited which is crucial for informed financial decision-making, and to provide an overview of the company’s credit position. In Chapter Two, I detail the activities of both companies based on my observations as an employee. Chapter Three outlines the theoretical frameworks of Financial Performance Analysis. In Chapter Four, I analyze financial ratios from various aspects, using genuine raw data from Euro Bangla City Limited for the years 2019 to 2023, obtained with legal permission from the authority. The data was primarily collected from the company's audit reports, and this analysis reflects the company’s real condition, indicating that it is performing well. In Chapter Five I discuss the findings about financial performance of Euro Bangla City Limited and recommendations to overcome the problems. At last give conclusion.
