Abstract:
The private industrial firm known as Turag Garments is among the largest in the world. The clothing sector is entirely focused on exporting its products. Since 2001, Turag Garments &Hosiery Mills Ltd. has been exporting their products to a variety of countries which are located all over the world. By adhering to the standards of compliance that are internationally recognized and accredited, It guarantees that optimal staff management interactions and interactions are maintained. Through the course of my internship report, I was given the opportunity to collaborate with them both remotely and through several interviews. The performance management and appraisal measurers that Turag Garments implements inside their organization are the initial topic of this analysis.
