Abstract:
The primary objective of this study is to explore the organizational development of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC through its training and development programs. Training plays a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge base and skills of employees, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This research specifically examines the different training methods employed by the bank for various levels of employees, with a focus on the strategies and practices implemented by Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC to improve employee performance and organizational development.
