Abstract:
The report titled “An Evaluation of the Training and Development Process of Sonali Bank PLC”, examines the bank’s training and development practices with the objective of illustrating the current process, evaluating its effectiveness, identifying associated challenges, and offering recommendations for improvement. The research follows a qualitative, descriptive approach to provide an in-depth analysis. Key findings reveal that Sonali Bank PLC has established a structured training program, utilizing performance assessments to identify skill gaps and design relevant training initiatives. Based on these findings, recommendations are provided to address identified issues and enhance the overall efficacy of the training and development process.
