Abstract:
An Evaluation of the Training and Development Operations of Rupali Bank PLC" is the title ofthe internship report, which focuses on the training initiatives implemented by the financial institution to improve organizational productivity and personnel skill sets. This study is a prerequisite for Daffodil International University's MBA program, which aims to connecttheory to real-world application. A major player in Bangladesh's financial industry, RupaliBank PLC is a state-controlled commercial bank. Staff development, performance improvement, and organizational expansion all depend on its training and development programs. The study evaluates the current training approaches, pointing out problems such aspoor preparation, a shortage of instructors, and a shortage of resources. Diversifying training programs, enhancing management procedures, and modernizing facilities are some of the mainsuggestions. The results indicate that although Rupali Bank's training initiatives have a beneficial influence on worker performance, resolving these issues can increase their efficacy even more, which will ultimately benefit the bank's business and the country's economy.
