Abstract:
This internship report has been prepared taking into consideration the performance established in SHAHJALAL ISLAMI BANK PLC. The report comprises 4 sections or Chapters. The specific objective of this research is to give a brief insight about investment-performance-analysis of SHAHJALAL ISLAMI BANK PLC. The interviews depict the primary data sources and job experience officers and staff in relativity to different desks. The secondary data was obtained from annual report, some published material and web pages. The second chapter offers an overview of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, which began operations on May 10, 2001, in alignment with Shariah principles. With 113 branches across Bangladesh, the bank focuses on Al-Wadiah Current Deposits and Mudarabah Fixed Deposits, along with a variety of specialized savings schemes. Known for efficient service and specialized banking solutions, Shahjalal Islami Bank has quickly established itself as a leading financial institution. However, some of its international branches rely significantly on its central office for decision-making, which presents operational challenges.
