The present study offers a thorough examination of Counterproductive Work Behaviors (CWBs), emotional intelligence (EI), and the impact of management practices on these variables. This statement is based on the author's three-month internship at. (SCL), during which they conducted research on the influence of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) on organizational culture and performance. Additionally, the author explored the connection between managerial practices and employees' emotional intelligence. The introductory section establishes the framework by emphasizing the need of comprehending counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and emotional intelligence (EI) within the contemporary organizational environment. This statement underscores the importance of implementing efficient managerial strategies to effectively address these behaviors and cultivate emotional intelligence. Within the organizational overview, a comprehensive depiction of SCL is presented, with intricate elucidations of its operational procedures, cultural dynamics, and composition of personnel.
