dc.description.abstract The present study offers a thorough examination of Counterproductive Work Behaviors (CWBs), emotional intelligence (EI), and the impact of management practices on these variables. This statement is based on the author's three-month internship at. (SCL), during which they conducted research on the influence of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) on organizational culture and performance. Additionally, the author explored the connection between managerial practices and employees' emotional intelligence. The introductory section establishes the framework by emphasizing the need of comprehending counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and emotional intelligence (EI) within the contemporary organizational environment. This statement underscores the importance of implementing efficient managerial strategies to effectively address these behaviors and cultivate emotional intelligence. Within the organizational overview, a comprehensive depiction of SCL is presented, with intricate elucidations of its operational procedures, cultural dynamics, and composition of personnel. A comprehensive investigation of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and emotional intelligence necessitates a thorough comprehension of the organizational setting. The present study conducts a theoretical analysis by examining the extant literature and theories pertaining to counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs), emotional intelligence, and management practices. This chapter provides the theoretical framework upon which the subsequent examination of my internship experience is built. The chapter pertaining to my internship offers a primary narrative of the counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) witnessed at SCL. This paper provides an analysis of both positive and negative counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and their potential impact on organizational performance and culture. The internship experience provides a practical context for comprehending the intricacies of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and emotional intelligence (EI) within a real-life environment. The results, suggestions, and inferences This chapter provides a synthesis of the primary insights acquired throughout the internship. This study emphasizes the positive manifestations of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs), specifically proactive problem-solving, constructive conflict resolution, customer focus, effective time management, continuous learning, collaboration, taking ownership, and open communication. It explores the advantages of these behaviors in fostering productivity and cultivating a harmonious work atmosphere. On the other hand, it examines the adverse counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) including excessive problem-solving efforts, escalation of conflicts, excessive workload. en_US
