dc.description.abstract The objective of this paper is to focus on the analysis of marketing activities of Al-Muslim Group. It’s a true estate developer in nature. Now a day’s assets market is incredibly demanding & most of the patrons of this market are facing huge problems like developer selection, procedure, rules etc. This report doesn't cover the entire market but contains all major information about Al-Muslim Group. So, the user could easily evaluate the organization by undergoing this report. A major portion of this report contains information about products, price, payment & purchasing procedure, place, promotion, rules of the corporate, business activities, financial status, organizational Structure etc. Al-Muslim Group is one of the popular organizations in the RGM market but also facing lots of problems. The most important problem is decreasing service quality & ensure a valuable work team, management should avoid nepotism in recruitment process.
