dc.description.abstract During my internship program, an opportunity was provided to work at one of the top- performing hotels in Bangladesh. The placement was in the HR department of Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre. This experience offered insights into the practical workings of HR activities, particularly in the Recruitment and Selection processes at the hotel. The report aims to illustrate the practical application of HR activities at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre. The report is based on a three-month internship at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-life experience. It provides a detailed overview of the activities and operational strategies of Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre with a particular focus on human resource management practices. en_US
