Abstract:
This report titled “An analysis of factors affecting employees counterproductive work behavior of DIRD Group”, delves into the multifaceted aspects that contribute to undesirable behaviors among employees within the organization. This comprehensive analysis underscores the significance of understanding the interplay between organizational culture, management practices, employee satisfaction, and workplace environment. It identifies key factors such as inadequate leadership, lack of motivation, insufficient communication, and unsatisfactory job conditions as pivotal in driving counterproductive work behaviors.
