Abstract:
This internship report, titled "An Evaluation of the Customers’ Satisfaction of EXIM Bank PLC: A Study on Nayarhat Branch" aims to assess the level of customer satisfaction within the organization. The report includes comprehensive information about the project, which focused on evaluating customer satisfaction. Data for this study were gathered from both primary and secondary sources, with the Annual Report of EXIM Bank PLC serving as the secondary data source. Direct feedback was collected from customers to gain insights into their experiences.
