Abstract:
In my internship report, I examine my experiences as a “HR Junior Executive” at Jamuna TV, a well-known news station in Bangladesh. It combines my real-world observations and experiences with my learning over the last twelve weeks of study. It explains the individuals, groups, and establishments that assembled it. I have a fantastic chance to get real-world experience in writing and communication via my internship. This article also discusses the parallels and discrepancies between working in academia and the workforce. I want to thank my supervisor, Jamuna TV management, and my university for allowing me to finish my internship. After completing this report, my internship has fully achieved its purpose. I would like to express my gratitude for your thoughtful guidance, supportive comments, and oversight, all of which were essential to me finishing my internship report to your satisfaction.
