This report provides a comprehensive overview of my internship experience as an intern at Jamuna Bank PLC. The report focuses on my work within the General Banking Department, outlining the objectives of the internship, the account creation process, and my specific role in it. It highlights the lessons learned, skills developed, and challenges faced, while demonstrating my contributions to the bank's mission.
