Abstract:
This comprehensive paper provides a thorough examination of Counterproductive Work Behaviour (CWB) in the specific context of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited (AIBL). The study incorporates primary data obtained through interviews and actual work experience, as well as secondary data derived from comprehensive research in journals, books, and research papers. The research reveals a range of counterproductive work behaviours (CWBs) seen within the organisation, AIBL. These behaviours encompass the improper utilisation of office resources, failure to meet deadlines, and consistent tardiness in attending meetings. The aforementioned instances serve as illustrations of several elements that contribute to counterproductive work behaviour (CWB), encompassing power imbalances and insufficient training in relation to organisational policies and regulations.
