This report is all about “Training & Development Process of Modhumoti Bank Limited (Head Office)”. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the training and development practices within the MMBL. The report is structured into four chapters, each addressing crucial aspects relatedto the organization’s training and development framework.Every company are experiencing changes due to modern technologies, rapid development ofknowledge, globalization of worldwide business and development of e-commerce. To remain a strong position in this competitive environment, companies should take necessary steps to attract, motivate and retain their manpower.
