The conclusions and study contain both original data and secondary data. I'll go over the key elements of my work with Al-Arafah Islami Bank in this enlightening report. I will discuss the company's purpose, vision, and basic values inmy report. I'll talk about a distinct aspect of banking: the Al-Arafah Islami Bank's human resources division. The Al-Arafah Islami Bank's training and development practices program will be the topic of discussion that is given the highest importance.
